Love that word. The late Arizona congressman Mo Udall once ran for a leadership position, and had the votes promised. The democratic caucus went into secret ballot and...Mo lost! Some of the promisers had lied. Mo came out to the assembled reporters and said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I have just learned the difference between a caucus and a cactus. With a cactus, the pricks are on the outside." And Mo turned around and left. Obviously, that never aired, but it was on a lot of gag reels for a long long time.
