  1. He'd mop up the floor with President Teleprompter in a debate.
    And it could well be that voters have so many other concerns that his baggage fails to be an issue.
    If he wins the nomination, and if Herman Cain moves out of Georgia, it could mean running mate time.
    Remember how Dick Cheney moved out of Texas and back to Wyoming before getting the veep nod.
