The programming wizards huddled in ratings storm cellar NBC should seriously think about booking Fox's Bill O'Reilly for the Rock Center kicker interview segment.  Marquee names Tina Fey and Jon Stewart did nothing to elevate NBC's prime time 10p slot out of Playboy ratings land.  O'Reilly draws nearly as many eyes as the new Brian Williams Big Network news magazine showcase Rock Center. But wait!  There's more!  Paul Bedard Washington Whispers meant to make that connection.  Was thinking.
