Letterman took at shot at Cain's conservative rival Newt Gingrich in Friday's Top Ten Excuses: #7 "It's a revolving credit account." Earlier this year news broke that Newt had spent hundreds of thousands on jewelry for wife #3 with a Tiffany revolving charge account.
