ReplyDeleteIt's a participantion award. You know everyone get's one for participating. It's condescending, and it fit's the pattern of treating people of color as <span>Infinatiles.</span>

Could someone please come up with a list to validate me? Otherwise, my self-esteem may wither and I'll crawl off in a corner and suck my thumb.
