Killed by the starving, eh?  And just how many people are starving in this country?  Damned few.  America's poor would be upper middle class in 2/3 of the world.  We're the only society in history which has obese poor people wearing $100 sneakers.  So the question really is, how many of our grandchildren will be murdered in their beds from the battle cry, "Let them wear Nikes!"?
