OWS: Filthy v Rich

SNL's Fred Armisen as NYC Mayor Bloomberg apologizing to the Occupy Wall Street ersatz hippie protesters, assuring them police pepper spray contains all-natural ingredients: "I'd like to point out something. Despite what you may have heard, I'm not really all that rich. In fact there are several individuals living right here in New York who are far wealthier than myself. People like hedge fund billionaire George Soros who lives at 85th Street and Fifth Avenue."

But Bloomberg warns, don't even think of lighting a cigarette.  You're dead:

NYT's Nicholas Kristof quotes filthy rich hypocrite Al Gore in America's 'Primal Scream.'

SNL slammed Bloomberg again. "I'm Sandy Schaub from Marriott TV Welcome to the second of two GOP debates this week. The first of which was televised by Bloomberg TV while tonight's debate takes place on the only channel people tune into less."

"Herman Cain" on his 9-9-9 plan:  "The original goal of the 9-9-9 plan was to get me a show on Fox News. At 9."  Watch here.

  3. Kristof has a lot of good points.  In fact, income inequality is close to dangerous levels in this country.  Let's not forget the first thing substitute emperor Douglas MacArthur did when he took over Japan:  Doug, hardly a flaming socialist, expropriated property from Japan's huge estates and passed it out to the masses.  One thing we could be doing here regards taxing the wealthy.  I know the argument that only the rich have the capital to invest and thereby create jobs, and that argument is sound.  So, let those who can show they're creating jobs IN THIS COUNTRY, itemize that, and get tax deductions galore.  And let the rest of the rich pay through their surgically enhanced noses.
