Baltimore Sun TV writer David Zurawik dismisses Burnett as "smug, superficial, and acting like she knows," and:

Well there's your answer. Since new hosts always get that initial "check it out" audience, then fall back, the answer clearly is to have NEW HOSTS EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.
