Fox Locks Greta

Fox News gives Greta Van Susteren a contract extension.  The 10p 'On The Record' hostess's current contract was to expire the end of this year.  NYT's Brian Stelter reports the parties have agreed on an extension lasting "several more years."

A smug Greta blogs: 'Well, no surprise, is it? ON THE RECORD at 10pm has been #1 for 8 1/2 straight years....do you really think anyone would change anything? Why would I and why would Fox?'

  3. #1, yes, but FNC would be #1 if they programmed chinese gongs and bagpipes. I'm surprised they didn't move Beck into prime time.
