The win was worthy enough for "NBC Nightly News" Brian Williams to do a "tell" Wednesday night - omitting the KNBC LA employee's name. Jacki's not hitting the road. She plans to stay at KNBC.
Jacki and husband Gilbert's odds of winning were 1 in 175,711,536. The dough didn't come one moment too soon - Gilbert just lost his job. They can take an immediate payoff of half the pot.

And, yes, Anon, it was MegaMillions. And, yes, I am pissed that I didn't win. For the record, My employer would receive my email of resignation from an internet cafe somewhere in the Virgin Islands.
Okay, I stand corrected. MegaMillions it is. I wouldn't know Powerball from MegaMillions because I don't play the lottery.
