  2. Marty I'm sure I speak for everyone here, we are happy to see you back and hope you enjoyed your time off. When I heard the alert on FOX that Hopper had passed away I was so sad, I knew he was very sick and it was near the end, he was one of my husbands favorite actors, he loved all his movies. I have mentioned it here before my husband died of prostate cancer much younger at 57 and I know how he must have suffered at the end, its very painful, but he no longer suffers....May he rest in peace.....

  3. I cut my teeth on the easy Rider move back in college. It defined the wild early 70s.

Sandra I feel your pain having spent the last few weeks of my father in law's life with the Hell that is Prostate Cancer. You are right they are in a more pleasant place.

MARTY GOOD TO SEE YOU ARE BACK AT THE BLOG.

  5. Thanks, Sandra, Bobcat & Jim! I am SANE NOW, although there are some who would beg to differ...

I, too, loved Dennis Hopper. I enjoyed his TV commercials for that financial planning company.

  6. Wasn't Dennis the kid in "Gunfight at the OK Corral", the last person shot, by Kirk Douglas?
