A League Of Their Own

MSNBC's "Morning Joe" top story at 6a?  Is Obama Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan a lesbian?  The smoking gun?  WSJ's ancient photo of Kagan assuming a wide stance on the softball field.

Gay and lesbian groups are crying foul...  You might call it a foul bawl.

6:12 a.m. "Morning Joe" is still blabbing about it.

7a - Back at it again to 7:09a.  Mika Brzezinski segue to the Gulf oil spill:  "The conversation is insulting.  Nothing more than that."

Then why have it?  "Morning Joe" harped on it at the top of the 6 and 7a hours.

I don't give a rat's ass if she's gay. Blame the White House for spinning Kagan as a regular guy: softball, world class poker player et al.

7:22a Mika's back trying to rope some talking head into blasting the Wall Street Journal for running the photo.

8:01a Kagan again. Interviewee John Kerry refuses to bite the bait and blabs on about oil and the Gulf oil spill.
