Tea Party Vanishes Into Media Area 51

The Mainstream Print Media (NYT, Wash Post, NYP, NYDN) has zip on Saturday's tea party starring Sarah Palin in Harry Reid's Searchlight, Nevada backyard.  But the NYT's website has the story and vid with the photo, left.

Between 12 and 1p Saturday MSNBC ran the entire John McCain/Sarah Palin Arizona campaign rally.  At 1 MSNBC aired a canned canned John Siegenthaler doc. If you've forgotten who he is, John anchored NBC's weekend news.

  1. I like how CNN reported there a couple of hundred people there at the rally/protest but the actual number was about 20,000. No wonder CNN is losing to FOX News...

  2. The MSM is in area 51. I quit waiting for them to be honest a long time ago.

  4. Harry Reid said, he wasn't "paying attention" to some people who parachuted into the state of Nevada....Maybe some came in from outside but the majority were from Nevada and they want to REPEAL and REPLACE Harry Reid. Harry Reid in Da Nial it's not just a river in Egypt anymore :)

  6. I won't get my hopes up, but the icing on the cake that was the November, 1994 election came in the form of the defeat of the sitting Speaker of The House Tom Foley (D-WA) to his Republican opponent, George Nethercutt.

It would truly be a stunning repudiation if both the sitting Majority Leader and the sitting Speaker were defeated by their home voters.

  7. For sure, the liberal news down played the number of Americans at the speech. In a positive way, that is good cause it proves that they are now worried about the November election.

I suggest a new book that is powerful & a must read. It's a small town in America that stands up to federal tyranny & ends up starting the 2nd American Revolution. Great read!!

  8. Al, it'd be more than a stunning repudiation if San Fran turns out Nancy P. It'd be a sure sign of the Apocalypso (a Jamaican version of the end of the world).
Nah--despite big GOP gains, it's likely to be Speaker Nancy and Senate Majority Leader Dumbo Durbin come January. But the GOP and blue dogs will effectively stop just about every Obama initiative.

  9. Jimbotalk,

I think the GOP has a shot at taking over the House but they have got to be a lot better at their message and staying on it...The Democrats have been successful in pulling them into the Health Insurance Reform arena - they never wanted to have that fight. The Dems started in with this narrative - the Right is Violent after the Vote when Democrat office window's were broken. The Republicans need to take the OFFENSIVE.

  10. My two cents: All of Congress and most of us need to grow up if we are going to get anything done.

We now return you to your local station.

  11. If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around does it not really fall? The lib media better pull their heads out of their asses. The train is leaving the station.
