Justice Alito to Obama: Read My Lips. Kiss My Black-Robed Ass!

A classless Obama skewers the Supreme Court in a supreme breach of SOTU protocol for "opening the floodgates to special interests" by reversing corporate contributions to political campaigns.

Trapped in the House chamber like a battered wife enduring a rage eruption inside a Yugo, a clearly disgusted Alito shakes his head and mouths "Not true."

  1. Obama doesn't have 60 votes on THAT side of Capitol Hill either. Nor even 5, usually.

  2. That big big lie from BHO about where he claimed that last week’s Supreme Court decision in Citizens United v. FEC, would opened the floodgates for special interests including foreign corporations to spend without limit in our elections.

    Here’s the truth…

The Court held that 2 U.S.C. Section 441a, which prohibits all corporate political spending, is unconstitutional. Foreign nationals, specifically defined to include foreign corporations, are prohibiting from making “a contribution or donation of money or ather thing of value, or to make an express or implied promise to make a contribution or donation, in connection with a Federal, State or local election” under 2 U.S.C. Section 441e, which was not at issue in the case. Foreign corporations are also prohibited, under 2 U.S.C. 441e, from making any contribution or donation to any committee of any political party, and they prohibited from making any “expenditure, independent expenditure, or disbursement for an electioneering communication… .”

Justice Alito said it best… Not True!

  3. Didn't Obama get millions of dollars from overseas during his campaign that wasn't vetted?

  4. I couldn't watch this little shrimp give that lecture,
because the botoxed horrible faces of Biden and Pelosi were in my view.
There they were, posing and preening, nodding in agreement.
    Too much to bear.
    Obama, let's play horse.
I'll be the front end, you just be yourself.

  5. Ah I believe Goldman Sachs gave Obama over $1 mil compared to McCain's $25 thousand in campaign funds last year. What is that about people who live in glass houses...

And of course GS never got any special gov. favors.

  6. Perfect--the empty suit POTUS who has abused the powers of the executive office and violated the U.S. Constitution to lead the charge to illegally nationalize private sector industries is pointing his narcissistic finger at the SCOTUS for supporting the U.S. Constitution and separation of powers by refusing to limit private sector freedom.

  7. I especially liked the part in the SOTU where Obama honored his predecessor by naming the intersection of the Haitian tectonic plates for him. Henceforth, it'll be known as "Bush's Fault".

  8. Marty

There was another time when Obama was blaming our current economic situation ALL on George W Bush, and the camera panned to John McCain, and he was asking someone, Did he just blame Bush?...well yes so State Of The Union same as it ever was.

  9. I thought it was disrespectful, and arrogant, obama could have cared less how it looked talking to the supreme court like this, rude, rude rude. And I say to ALITO, WAY TO GO. especially how he was treated during his nomination hearings, it was awful, they were so rude and mean to him his wife started to cry, his parents were also there, he just seems like a quiet humble man, bet he sure did not expect this to happen, and it turns out he was right and obama was lying.

  10. Felt like a Hugo Chavez moment. "The ONE" lecturing the Justices with his henchmen surrounding the justices cheering him on, visually disturbing.

  11. I think maybe he misunderstands the term "bully pulpit".
