I'm taking off Friday for parts south on my annual combination birthday/wedding anniversary excursion!
In 2007, just four days after I started Chickaboomer, I was in the Virgin Islands. Rather than hitting the beach, I was hunkered down in the open air lobby writing Chickaboomer - much to my husband's annoyance. I told him I'd just started this blog and I'd better update it - wherever I happened to be. He was a real champ about it, I must say. I wrote every morning until 12noon and then did the tourist bit and even some driving on the left side of the road!
This year it is Florida!!!! We leave Friday! I'll try to update daily while I'm on the road. We're driving.
