NBC's Bravo - home to the "Real Housewives" franchise - actually paid for a poll on the White House gatecrashing Sahali train wrecks to see if paying the couple to star in "Real Housewives Of Washington" would have a nasty trickle-up effect to the Peacock Network.
After all was said and done, the bottom line is the bottom line: "if a network gave [the Salahis] their own reality show it would negatively influence [your] opinion of that network."
Apparently NBC didn't want you to see the online poll. It was scrubbed yesterday after B&C got wind of it. The Massachusetts company does a lot of work for NBC Universal.
Answer to the poll question: Yeah, I'd think WAY less of NBC if the network rewarded the shameless con couple with a show and big bucks...

You know, for me, it would be hard to think less of NBC than I already do now.
ReplyDeleteI might think less of the Salahi's for associating with NBC.
ReplyDeleteEhhh, NBC is about to be one rung below a cable outfit, anyway.
