Carat and Stick


Obama must pay quite well. Or maybe Obama's OMB czar Peter Orszag skimmed from TARP. The 41-year-old divorced dad proposed Monday to ABC News biz babe Bianna Golodryga with a five carat diamond from Harry Winston after a whirlwind courtship that began at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in May. He stashed the ring under her restaurant menu.

Orszag says he was attracted to the 31-year-old beauty because "she's a Russian Jew who gets up earlier than I do."
