Gunga Dan Rather can't catch a break. A NY judge
has blown out his second lawsuit against CBS suits. The $70 mil wrongful termination and defamation action Dan filed three years ago was dismissed wholesale a couple of weeks ago. Dan has plans to appeal. He's already spent between $2 and $5 mil in legal fees. Give it up, man!
