Perry Mason: "The tweet, Mr. Barnhart. It was fake, was it not?"

Aaron Barnhart: "Mr. Mason, may I plead your indulgence. My tweet naming Fox News PR as the leaking culprit was false. 

Perry Mason:  "You took liberties with reporting the information, did you not?

Aaron Barnhart:  "It wasn't Fox News PR.  It was an email from Fox fans, and yes, I embellished the content in that tweet erroneously attributed to Fox News publicity department."

Perry Mason:  "Is this not the email you received on which you based your tweet? 

Aaron Barnhart:  "I found it later in a sea of emails."

Perry Mason:  "Why did you refuse to produce it when Fox PR and other media challenged the authenticity and origin of the alleged email?" 

Aaron Barnhart:  "I couldn't find it."
