Programming VP David Berson just got divorced while dipping his pen in company ink with SVP Marketing Kate Lacey.

Former Mets GM and gone (I hope for good) ESPN baseball blowhard Steve Phillips, 46, has a history of preying on young employees.  It appears he is into control and domination.

Another Phillips vic - Rosa Rodriguez - surfaced blabbing about her sexual relationship with Phillips in 1998.

"Baseball announcers need rhythm," opines the NYT's Richard Sandomir.

But not the kind practiced by the likes of Steve Phillips at ESPN...
