Here's the First Lady in a one-of-a-kind frock made just for her (I'm guessing at least four grand) by her fave designer Jason Wu (remember that Prevention cover Jason Wu Fall 2009 was $3,105 at Neiman's? ) She tells the Chicago crowd at a dinner last night she made a friendly threat to rival Brazil's First Lady at the Pittsburgh G20: "I am going to hug you now – and then I'm going after you!"
The prez arrives today (Thursday).
