MSNBC's Keith Olbermann, who once worked with Halderman, wrote in a blog post: "You know when somebody gets arrested for some horrific or moronic crime . . . you hear somebody say 'that's not the guy I knew'? Not this time. This is exactly the guy we knew at CNN in 1981." Contacted Monday, Olbermann said that Halderman "lied to people. A lot. Personal betrayal. There was no weeping when he left. . . . I used to say he reminded me a lot of John Belushi, only without the weight or the humor." Pot-calling-the-kettle-black Olbermann writing his own obit?
How old is Olbermann's live-in girlfriend with virtually no broadcasting experience whom he's elevated to a reporter's job at NBC's flagship station WNBC? He's 50. She's 25.
