Dan Rather exclusively to Fox's Neil Cavuto: "I'm a fighter... It's still a live case. This isn't over unless the New York Court of Appeals says it's over... We won in the lower court."
Neil asks Dan how much he spent on the lawsuit (estimates as high as $5 mil) "I'm not in for the money. It has been expensive, let's leave it like that."
This week the NY Appeals Court tossed out Dan's $70 mil lawsuit. The whole thing. Neil's the guy Dan chose to talk to after the setback.
