WH press czar Robert "Delilah" Gibbs offers to shave NBC's WH correspondent Chuck "Samson" Todd's beard after he lost a bet with ABC's Jake Tapper.
Fox News WH correspondent Major Garrett gave Gibbs his own personal electric razor to rid the hirsute Todd of his double-chin concealing facial hair.
And Gibbs then offered Major his own personal weed whacker to remove Major's pubic hair.
