Mike Allen Politico:  Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay is joining the cast of ABC's 'Dancing with the Stars' for its ninth season, premiering Sept. 21. Jake Tapper scooped it after his rocking job hosting 'This Week,' then 'Good Morning America' made it official. Tapper's tweet: 'Tom 'The Hammer' DeLay will be on Dancing With the Stars. This is not a test.'   DeLay has known all summer and has been working out with a trainer. He starts rehearsals with his dance partner next week.

And that would be... Jack Abramoff?
