This SCREAMS Olbermann, no? Speaks volumes about the maturity level of a 50-year-old man and his 25-year-old live-in he recently strong-armed WNBC-TV - NBC's NYC flagship O&O in - into hiring as a reporter.

I read that this morning and was wondering who it could be. Is Olbermann considered an "anchor" or does that word mean anything anymore? When I think anchor, I think BriWi, Gibson, Shep Smith, et al.

Well he was an anchor until MSNBC brass made him a "commentator" to justify his biased outburts during the presidential conventions. Same went for Matthews.
ReplyDeleteOlbermann is an "anchor" as much as Hannity is. Two dickheads with lots of opinions and few manners who fill up empty time on cable tv. People who are truly in the middle (politically speaking) can't stand either one and ignore their rantings. They aren't even entertaining. At least Jon Stewart has comedic timing and can make funny faces.

You misunderstood. Im guessing the cable news anchor whose nude girlfriend's pic was found on his misplaced cell phone is Bill Hemmer. Dara would do that.

ReplyDeleteYou know, when I first read this I thought Bill Hemmer as well. Because I recalls him showing a photo from his cell phone of his girlfriend on air. She was fully clothed in that instance.
