I wondered that myself, Jim. KJ: Nothing surprises me.
Is it just me? Or does everyone else just kinda want to laugh hysterically everytime Howard Dean approaches a microphone.He is stand-up all the way.
Jim Moran (whom I euphemistically refer to as Jim Moron) has been living down to his "reputation" since day one of his time in Congress and this video ain't getting him out that dumb hole any time soon...
