It was a GE Oreo with Bill kicking off the show attacking GE and NBC, the creamy filling accusing NBC of pimping ObamaCare, and ending with labeling Immelt a "pinhead." Top it off with ratings graphics of O'Reilly beating the jism out of his rivals. For the second time this week Fox in the aggregate tops all rivals combined.
