Today's NYT has an above-the-fold piece with the bizarre photo (above).
Pat Buchanan this a.m. on MSNBC's "Morning Joe": "I think First Dude up there in Alaska, Todd Palin, ought to take Levi down to the creek and hold his head underwater until the thrashing stops" after Sarah's daughter's baby daddy blabbed to the media that Sarah quit for money. Huff Post has the vid. Levi Johnston has used his 15 minutes of fame to trash Sarah in multiple media appearances.
MSNBC (wasting no time trumpeting the NYT piece) calls a "signing event" in Alaska last week on how the Republican governors' sent an emissary to Alaska in March to stage an alcholic-like "intervention" to force Sarah to come to her senses. It failed, sez the Times in "Palin's Route to Resignations: Missteps and Ignored Advice"
Huff Post plucks a headline from the bowels of the Times story quoting "friends": "Sarah Palin Underweight, Anxious, Needed 'Emergency Help' for Thinning Hair."

What the Hell if she is truly a crazy no name she is useless. The media keep treating her like she is the second coming to politics. Ignore her she will go away.
The media are irresistably attracted to this woman - positive and negative...
IMO, she scares them. She doesn't play by the rules and the media doesn't like that. She can draw a crowd and the media can't understand why. She's successful, has a family and appears to be normal and the media hates that.
They (the media) hate the fact that she doesn't go away.
In the media's eyes, this is suppose to be Obama's reign and she's pulling all of the attention off him.
