Page Six: After 25 years on Channel 4 news, Chuck Scarborough was finally left speechless on his 7 p.m. newscast on NBC's new cable channel, NY Nonstop. Every Thursday, he interviews Lynne White, Judy Licht and Amanda Miller on the top story of the day. Although it's called "The Power Panel," in the halls of NBC it's nicknamed "Chuck and the Chicks." This past week, on the subject of Manny Ramirez's alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs, Amanda blurted out this was "Manny's $8 million erection." Chuck blanched, then turned red, and right before the segment ended, Lynne smiled and said, "Welcome to cable, Chuck."
