Glenn Beck's overnight ratings success is riling rival MSNBC big time. The Fox news host has been on the air a little over two months and he's killing the cable competition.
Here's MSNBC's "Morning Joe" green-eyed monsters jumping on Beck for his emotional on-air outbursts that could be fake? Joe Himself brands Fox News czar Roger Ailes a "genius" for plucking "monsters" who resonate with viewers.
Glenn Beck is NOT stable. I can see him holding someone hostage on TV or something nuts. On a lighter note, does anyone find it odd that Mika doesn't have any cleavage?
ReplyDeleteInteresting. The lowest rated morning news show from the lowest rated 24 hour news network that barely breaks a million views on a good night, is mocking the 2nd highest cable news program out of all three networks that regularly moves past the two million viewer mark...Interesting.
ReplyDeleteAs my husband would say.. Someone needs to call the Wahmbulance for Joe and Mika.
ReplyDeleteThe old definition of insanity comes to mind: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Seems that the left wing talking points will continue to keep all others in the basement. You would think that the CNBC, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, CBS, CNN would try something different; but alas they are stuck in a DO LOOP - forever fighting to be #2.
ReplyDeleteGiggling!
ReplyDeleteGlenn is a nice guy, very talented, but he's a little too much Huey Long meets Elmer Gantry for me. With a touch of Woody Allen whiny thrown in.
ReplyDeleteBeck's an entertainer that has the ability to tap into some very real emotions for a lot of folks. He can come off as a whack job sometimes for sure, but he offers a certain sense of affinity for millions.
ReplyDeleteJoe just offers the same old nasally whiney complaints 24-7.
Anyone could have predicted that Obama's election would be the best thing that could have possibly happened to Fox News, and probably the worst thing that could happen to MSNBC. Does anybody think these ratings changes have anything to do with the skill of these hosts? They are just saying the same things they have been saying for years.
