Bernard Goldberg: Jolly Dodger

Sean Hannity wastes seven minutes and four seconds dicking with former CBS correspondent Bernie Goldberg over Obama taking credit for the Somali pirates thing. Bernie waits until 6:42 before suggesting Sean is sucking bilge:

  1. This comes from the Department of My Head is Going to Explode:

Obama didn't take credit. All he did was tell the folks on the scene to shoot if the captain's life is in danger.

These clowns spend six plus minutes talking about nothing and do a very good job of making it sound like something.

  2. I know. I agree. Why, O Gods Of the Cable News Airwaves?

  4. The Hannity's of the world make VERY good money with a consistent theme: criticize the left. I think many of them are genuinely afraid that, if for one moment, they concede the president did something right, it'll jeopardize their ratings. I give the president credit for doing the right thing, although I can't imagine even a president Dennis Kucinich not greenlighting the Seals to take out the bad guys.

  5. Jimbo you missed Hannity's point....Obama had to do this action by law. WHAT EVER THAT MEANS????? I don't like all of Obama's politics but it does some balls to order the death of anyone. Some of these fol;ks need to give it a rest.

  6. Obama was not required to approve this. His approval was required for the SEALS to do the shooting. He could have done nothing. The shooting would not have occured, the pirates would go free and Captain Phillips would probably be dead.

    He made a good choice.

  7. Grandpa D is right. Obama could legally have gone either way.

  8. Now that this is settled... What's next?

  9. Next, we put the pirates on pay-per-view, in a new reality show, "Pillaging with the Stars", hosted by Johnny Depp
