You should've had the balls to go on, Santelli. Stewart still ripped you, Jim Cramer, and CNBC new assholes. Stewart likened Santelli to "The Incredible Hulk" and the monster's Caspar Milquetoast alter ego David Banner. This is sublimely hilarious and right on the money [pun intended]:
Oh...it was a very well produced bit. Somebody will upload it.
ReplyDeleteJust exposed the arrogance of the self-important CNBC "talent."
Don't even call them reporters, or analysts....they are entertainers.
It's back, anon! They're Howard Beale. Paddy Chayefsky's 1976 script for the movie "Network" realized.
ReplyDeletePeter Finch got a posthumous Oscar for his portrayal of the mad anchorman. None of these new idiots deserve anything except the label of media whore.
CNBC made the decision to cancel so it had nothing to do with Santelli's balls.
ReplyDeleteStewart didn't really rip Santelli cause he doesn't have any gotcha video moments of him to show. He's the real deal.
I love watching Jon Stewart. Ever wonder why the main stream media is dropping off? When CBS gets tired of Milk toast Katie Couric, hire this guy. I bet even Middle America could hook up with his straight forward delivery and sarcasm.
ReplyDeleteThe CNBC montage was priceless.
God! Just what we need--informing America with a laughtrack. Hell, why not just give Katie the laughtrack and let her anchor topless? That'd get ratings.
ReplyDeleteJon Stewart is an A$$-Clown! He has the brains of a pregnant cockroach.

ReplyDeleteI agree with anon, jon stewart is an a$$, and I usually do not like cnbc but GOOD, why let santelli get trashed on stewarts show, but then I think santelli could sure give it back, I love santelli!!!!!
