CBC News WH correspondent Chip Reid utters a Shakespearean aside that's got all the media a-twitter. Reid was querying WH press czar Robert Gibbs when he inexplicably said: "Democrats are also raising their ugly heads on the Hill today..." They all laughed when Chip slipped on his dick:
