It looks as though the Bidens have one house with a 2007 assessed value of $525,700. It seems they took out second and third mortgages and loans. It appears he added a swimming pool. Here's what Web of Deception's intrepid Joseph Culligan emailed me the scoop. BTW Joe reports Joe B is clean. Had a 1991 $255 tax lien and paid it off four months later.

Ummm, the house is much larger than 1803 square feet and as far as owning only one house, Title can be held under different entities.
Agreed, anonymous. There's no way that this house is only 1803 square feet with an assessed value of 526K.

I believe the 1800 sq. feet is the building outside... I'm not sure. Real estate and land transactions are not my forte.

Why is Joe so big on his Pa. roots, he has been in Delaware for 50 plus year.
Of course, assessed value is usually much less than the REAL value of a home. My house in Delaware is assessed at 25% of its true value.
I find it curious that the Bidens sold their previous home for $1.2 million (to an MBNA executive), a house that was much smaller and on a small lot. And then moved to an estate with 4 acres for which they paid $350,000 -- the same amount Keith Stoltz had paid 5 years earlier.
Something is fishy about that document that someone linked in their comment. It also says that the house was built AFTER he bought it! hahahaha
The document also shows 2007 property taxes to be about $11,000 yet he claimed $28,000 in property taxes on his 2007 tax return.

OK, looking at the car in the "parking lot" in front, we can call it 20 ft. long. Extrapolate that to the width of the house and it's roughly 80-100 ft. wide. Guesstimate 40-50 ft. deep and we get roughly 3200-5000 sq. ft. per floor, double that and it's 6400 to 10000 square feet, total.
That's on a 4+ acre parcel, with a pond (i'm sorry, but I can't call that a lake...) in a neighborhood of similar or larger "mansions" and a "carriage house" too???
I think we can safely say that Biden isn't in any way familiar with very many middle class issues.
