MSNBC's Big Headache

There are vultures who would sell their first-born to make the New York Post's Page Six. Inside Cable News made the cut today without really trying. MSNBC calls itself "the place for politics" - but so far, the political season isn't being very kind to the news channel's daytime ratings. The Inside Cable News blog reports CNN's long-ignored Headline News Network topped MSNBC the last two months in a row during head-to-head "dayside" news coverage, reversing a trend that had seen MSNBC (which is run by NBC News) gaining ground.
